Choose the GeoClassic Package when you need the industry's most cost-effective package of environmental information for an environmental site assessment.

GeoClassic Includes:

Radius Report (contains four maps, including digital USGS 7.5’ Topographic Map and a recent aerial photograph).
Historic Aerial Photographs (all photos scaled to the same size; number of photos varies per state.)

GeoPreferred Package ($265)

Choose the GeoPreferred Package when you need a comprehensive package of historical documents to accompany your radius report. The GeoPreferred Package gives you additional value by providing a scanned Digital USGS 7.5 Minute Topographic Map and findings plotted on both street-level maps and a digital Aerial Photographs.

GeoPreferred Includes everything from GeoClassic, plus:

GeoPlus (electronic copies, where available, of a Wetlands map, FIRM Map, Soil Survey, Water Wells, & Oil & Gas Wells)
City Directories
Historical Topographic Maps

Fire Insurance Maps can be added to this package for $80 .

GeoVantage Package ($395)

Choose the GeoVantage Package when you are looking for the most comprehensive search of available data under the AAI/ASTM-05 standards.This package gives you all the value of our GeoPreferred Package plus the GeoSearch Environmental Lien Search Report. This document includes a search of available land title records for environmental liens and activity and use limitations (AULs).
