Compliance Reviews

The GeoSearch Compliance Review Report for facilities is the most extensive in Texas and, used in conjunction with GeoSearch Radius Reports and Aerial Photographs, is an important research tool for assessing compliance status, facility/site permit status, and enforcement status. The review examines existing permits, enforcement activities, pollution complaints, investigations, safety issues, annual inspections, and annual filings and identifies issues that are not researched during a database search for a Phase I Site Assessment Report. We highly recommended that a compliance review be conducted before the purchase or sale of oil/gas, manufacturing, and/or chemical facilities.
