When sites are large or irregularly shaped, GeoSearch gives you the option to customize. Our Area and Corridor studies are used for many types of projects, including development, oil & gas lines, roadway extensions, and new or widened highways.  No matter the size or length of your property, GeoSearch is able to draw your site's boundaries.  You can select which databases to search and even modify the search distance.  When requested, GeoSearch will provide Database file integration with your GIS system.

• Environmental database records are searched and mapped to your specifications.
• Findings are plotted on 2 street-level maps and on an aerial photograph.
• For very large sites, supplemental maps can be enlarged for each section of the project.
• For ease of analysis, findings are reported starting with the hazard that is nearest to your target property.

Additional options for Area and Corridor Reports include:

• User-specified search distances to meet your project needs (ASTM standard or custom search distances)
• Database file integration with your GIS
